Changeover DaySunday in summer months, flexible for low seasons.
Rental Conditions
Details Prices are per villa per week up to a maximum of 8 people. Price is all inclusive of electricity, water and heating. We don't ask for a security deposit but ask that any damages not classed as wear and tear be paid for prior to departure. We will provide cost and receipts for any such damage.
Payments A deposit of £200 per week is required at time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We accept Credit Cards as a method of payment and all transactions are made in GBP or Euros. There is a 3.5% charge for credit card payments. All payments should be made in GBP or EURO.
Cancellations The reservation deposit is non refundable.
