Changeover DayChangeover day is flexible, except in high season when we prefer Saturday, but we do make exceptions, please ask us.

We require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation.
*Note: Additional charge for heating, based on consumption or usage, if any, laundry, wood, Internet. We can also arrange for a cook for an additional charge.
Services provided: Towels and linen included (for bathroom and swimming pool) weekly change; weekly cleaning. Espresso machine and coffee are provided gratis. Internet is available 24 hours a day in the office. There is a large DVD and Video library available, gratis.
For the health and the respect of the other guests please don't smoke in the apartments.
Animals are not permitted in the apartments.
Security deposit 150.00 at check in, to be returned at check out less costs, if any, for heat, Internet, laundry, wood.
Check In: Check In time is between 4pm and 6pm In case of problems or changes in plans, please let us know so as to keep the reservation valid.
Check Out time is 10am.
Cancellations: Cancellations for whatever reason shall be subject to cancellation charges-see our website.
