Changeover DayChangeover days are flexible although Fridays and Tuesdays are preferred. Arrival must be after 14.30pm and departure must be by 11am. However, there would be flexibility if there are arrival and departures at unusual times
Rental ConditionsWe ask for Non refundable £100 per week of total rental as a deposit with the balance (non refundable) to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Therefore we ask you to take an insurance. Keys will be sent after the balance has been received and we ask that guests post them back to us on their return home. Payment by cheque please
