La Mouette is one of 2 gites at Le Vieux Presbytere and sleeps 4. One double room with bathroom on mezzanine level has a sitting area going out onto a west facing balcony. On the ground floor a twin bedded room with a separate shower. The open plan living room for dining and a sitting area with TV has wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. There is also a sofabed in the sitting area which could sleep another one or two.

One double bedroom on mezzanine level with queen sized bed with good mattress and fresh white sheets and duvet. Dressing table area, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. This bedroom has a sitting area which overlooks the balcony and pretty gardens. The bedroom on ground floor has 2 standard single beds, a chest of drawers and hanging space.

One bathroom upstairs with bath, basin and toilet. Light and warm with a velux window. A shower room on ground floor with basin and toilet. Both bathrooms have extractor fans.

La Mouette has a terrace outside with tables, chairs and umbrellas and is perfect for eating lunch, evening aperitives or barbeques. A bbq is supplied for guests use. We can deliver dinner to your gite! A 3 course dinner served to you either by candlelight in the gite or outside on a warm summer's evening. The pretty gardens are full of fruit trees, shrubs and avenues of pine trees. Hammocks are attached to the pines for that very relaxing afternoon siesta. The secure salt water pool adjacent to the gite, is 10 x 5 m and a constant 25 - 30 degrees. The area is rural with fields of sunflowers, maize and ducks with acres of vineyards dotted in between. The pretty countryside is not too challenging so is perfect for cycling and walking and there are bicycles for guests use and walking maps. Last week, guests spotted red squirrels, hoopoos, woodpeckers, deer and falcons from their terrace.
