Changeover Daywe dont have a specific change over day. Any day is fine for our guests. Yon must vacate the villa by 10.00am and you cant gain entry till 2.00pm
Rental Conditions
During the Easter period of each year the charge per week will be based on the Xmas price unless otherwise stated.
The price for the villa is based on 4 people sharing, additional persons will be charged at an extra £50 per person per week. There will be a returnable £100 breakages deposit taken on booking. Part weeks also considered i.e. 10/11 day holidays. During the winter months the pool will be heated on request to approx 27 °C and the cost for this will be £50 per week. Air conditioning is charged at £50 per week. A mid week towel change is provided.
10% Discount on last minute bookings less than 3 weeks before departure (this does not include special offer weeks)
