Changeover Daygenerally Saturday to Saturday but We like to be as flexible as possible
Rental Conditions
Booking Contracts are effected at the prices listed in the price list. During peak periods bookings are for a minimum of one week and run generally from Saturday to Saturday. Off peak, bookings for shorter periods may be available.
A deposit of 25% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the letting period.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the letting period, 100% of the total letting price will be due.
The booking contract comes into effect when we are in receipt of the completed Booking Form
Clients should arrive after 4.00pm and before 10pm. Alternative times and days can be agreed by arrangement.
On arrival the client must pay a cautionary deposit of 100 euro to the owners against any damages incurred A cheque, provided a cheque guarantee card accompanies it, is acceptable for the cautionary deposit. Failure to pay this deposit can result in the client being refused entrance to the house.
Only those persons stipulated in the Booking Form may stay at the house including children
Clients are asked to vacate the apartment by 11.00am
