. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1 These booking conditions will form part of your (client) holiday contract with La Serenissima. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records.
2. Lettings will always commence on a Saturday. Although we try to keep the availability chart up to date please contact us by e mail to confirm.
3. When we have confirmed availability a deposit equal to 25% of the rental cost will be payable within seven days. This is payable to La Serenissima by cheque. The balance is due no later than eight weeks prior to the commencement of your rental period. No reminder will be issued. Full payment required if booking within eight weeks of your rental period. If payment is not received within this time we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for cancellation charges see section 7.
4. Confirmation of the booking and payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. You will also be required to pay a security deposit of £750.00. This will be returned to you within fourteen days of the end of your holiday in full, unless there are any breakages, damages or items
