Changeover DayIn "High season", the changeover day is Saturday, in mid & low season, we are able to be more flexible, please ask !!
Rental Conditions
To reserve the property, we require a deposit ( non returnable), of 25%. The balance payable not less than 4 weeks from the start date of the booking.
A damages deposit is required, on arrival, of £150 or €200, this will be returned in full or part, on departure.
