Changeover DayChangeover day Saturday. However, out of season, or for monthly bookings we are flexible on this point.
Rental Conditions
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Monthly lets at 10% discount. Winter 2 monthly lets at 15% discount. Winter monthly lets - no cleaning, towels, or laundry is included.
Deposit of 250 Euros, is payable in cash on arrival at villa, returned at end of stay. 50% deposit at time of booking - non refundable and remaining 50% four weeks before departure to the villa. To be paid by bacs transfer. The villa is normally booked on a Saturday to Saturday basis, checking in time being 2pm and checking out time being 10am. All additional maid services must be paid direct to villa staff on day of works in cash (euros).
