The Villa is light and airy, with cool marble tiled floors and pale walls. The attractively coordinated and comfortable bedrooms have wooden parquet floors. The villa is divided into two fully equipped self contained apartments, each with its own entrance, so can be taken as a whole or separately. One apartment sleeping 6 and the other 4.

The Upper apartment (A) Has 2 Bedrooms, Sleeping 4 people.
It comprises one Double room with Queen size bed and door onto sun terrace and One Double room with twin Single beds.

The Ground floor apartment (B) has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people.
It comprises one bedroom with Double bed and two bedrooms with twin Single beds.

Four of the bedrooms have a sea view.

There are 3 Bathrooms with Toilets, one separate Bathroom and one separate Toilet.
There is an additional Toilet and Shower in the Poolhouse.
There is a choice of Shower or Bath in the bathrooms on each level of the Villa.

The Groundfloor level has a patio/herb garden with dining for 6,Parasol and sunloungers etc. There is a 12x4 metre heated infinity pool and poolhouse with Shower and Toilet, sunloungers, parasols, large Dining table etc. There is a built in Barbecue in the lovely Gardens.

There are beautiful Beaches in the picturesque bays of Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer, a coastal footpath will take you around the entire peninsula of Cap Ferrat with its rocky shoreline popular with Scuba divers. You could visit the Zoo or watch the sunset from the foot of the Lighthouse. Why not try your hand at Sailing, Waterskiing, Paragliding or hire a Jetski ? The area has many art galleries and Theatres as well as the Opera in Nice or perhaps you'd prefer the famous Casino in Monaco. Be sure not to miss the colourful narrow streets of Nice old town with its Flower market and many ancient churches. In winter you can visit several Ski resorts, less than an hour and a half by car or just admire the snow capped Alpes. Golf courses available in Monaco and Nice within 15 mins drive. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket etc, 5 mins drive. Nice Cote D'Azur Airport is about 30 minutes drive. There are International, TGV and Local trains from Nice or Monaco 15 to 20 minutes drive. A local bus stops nearby. A car is recommended.
