Changeover DayDuring July and August changeover day is Saturday. We are more flexible during the other months.
Rental ConditionsWhen a guest has indicated their wish to make a booking we e-mail them a copy of our Booking Conditions, Booking Form and Invoice. Normally we require a 30% Booking Deposit, but if booking occurs within 7 weeks of the holiday we require the total amount. Our Property Manager receives the 300 euro security deposit before handing over the keys. This is returned at the end of the holiday. She also collects the compulsory Croatian Tourist Tax of approx. 1 euro per person per day [in euros].
