Rental Conditions
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The prices quoted include electricity, water and all linen and towels.
Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. In Low and Mid season these rules are not rigid and if you need to arrive on a different day please ask.
Please check the availability on this site and contact us by email or telephone. As soon as the deposit is received the calendar will show your booking.
Long term winter rentals are available, please contact the owners. Ideal location for house hunting and winter activities e.g. walking. Discount for long lets and extended holidays. Weekend breaks are also available.
A deposit of £100 is required to secure all bookings. This will then be held as a damage deposit which will be refunded by cheque subject to any damage to the property.
The balance is due in full, 8 weeks before arrival.
January, February, March - £200 per week
April, May, June - £250 per week
July/August - £300 per week
September - £250 per week
October, November, December - £200 per week
