Casa de Colina is located in the perfect spot. It is close enough to the village to nip into, and yet being on the outskirts offers you peace, tranquility and privacy! We are not overlooked by any properties at all, and the garden is secure and private. Well located for days out to differnet cities too, you really could not ask for anymore!
Casa de Colina is our 2nd home, that we come back to when we want to experience some of the real Spanish charm! We hope you will love it as much as we do!!

The whole house has been newly renovated to a very high standard, and is decorated in a spanish contemporary way. The interior of the house is airy and spacious, and offers ample accomodation for more than 1 family sharing, whilst allowing individulas to have some privacy if required. A stunning large hallway leads to all downstairs rooms, including the main lounge with logburning stove and digital TV, and the family kitchen with built in appliances. The family room leads on from the kitchen and double doors give access to the the beautiful gardens and stunning new swimmning pool. Access to one of the twin(triple) rooms is also form the hall, as is access to its own bathroom and a utility room. Upstairs access is gained from the large galleried landing with reading area, into the a furhte 3 double rooms all with their own bathrooms, and access to a terrace with the most amazing views. Everyone who has stayed at casa de Colina has loved it, and I am sure you will too!!

Casa de Colina offers 4 large bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom. This room has 2 single beds and a fold down bed. Upstairs a further 3 bedrooms, also have their own en-suites. 2 offer double beds and the master suite has a king size bed and dressing room. The two double rooms have access to their own large terrace with wonderful views across the village and to Iznajar beyond. All of the bedrooms are newly decorated and beautifully appointed and all bed linen is provided.

As stated all bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The large bathroom downstairs has a bath with shower over, and the two double ensuites have showers(one with massage jets!). The master suites' ensuite is again a full suite with bath and shower. All bathrooms are fully tiled and beautifully appointed. Towels are provided. (These should not be used by the pool).

Casa de Colina is situated in the perfect position. On the outskirts of a village with real Spanish charm, you have all amenities at hand, but with the benefit of being completely private and unoverlooked- you couldnt get any better! It offers parking for several cars, and beautiful landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool, having roman steps to sit and enjoy a book whilst sitting in the sun. Loungers are in place for the sun lovers, and a shaded pergoda offers a place to get away form it all! The al fresco dining area, seating 10, leads onto the chill out seating area with digital TV. A bar area with wine fridge, and large built in BBQ offers somewhere to make your cocktails, and cook your burgers! the little ones are catered for too- a built in snadpit is placed in the shade and numerous toys, including inflatables are there for your use! La Celada is a beautiful quaint Spanish Whitewashed village, located just 5 minutes from Iznajar. La Celada offers a lovely plaza with a shop and a local bar. There is also a church and beautiful walks to be had. Only 1.2 km form the village is a fabulous resteraunt "El Charcon". Iznajar has numerous resteraunts and bars, and offers many historical buildings including a castle and charming churches. It also offers a stunning lake with its own beach. From the beach you can hire a boat from the boat house or simply relax at the beach bar.The climate here is typically meditteranean, with a long hot summer and mild winters.
We are ideally located for travelling and visiting different sights. Around one hour from both beautiful Granada and Cordoba and the same from malaga and the coast, and just two hours from stunning Seville. You can reach the Sierra Nevadas in one and a half hours and a little closer are the historical towns of Antequerra and Priego de Cordoba(both half an hour). The region of Andalucia offers stunning countryside for walking and it is also great for mountain biking, witht the track around the lake being particularly suitable.
