Changeover DayFexible. Usually Saturdays. Arrivals after 4pm and depatures by 10am.
Rental Conditions
30% deposit when booking is confirmed. The balance to be paid 4 wks before arrival. On arrival a good houskeeping deposit of 300euros is required.
We visit the cortijo 3 times a wk to clean the pool, care for chickens and keep the vegetable garden in order. On your arrival we can arrange whatever time is convenient for you.
