Rental Conditions
Required minimum stay: 2 nights; 1 week, Sat/Sat, Jul/Aug. Small pets on request.
Prices are per week or night per property and include: taxes, bed linen, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, sat-tv, log fire, cleaning (weekly), electricity, gas, water, washing machine available. Free cot/highchair: pls. ask availability before arrival. Extras: laundry service, extra single/couch bed, dinner, heating. Heating costs: 15 Euro per property, per day. (to be paid onsite). Small pets: 40 Euro/week.
A deposit equal to 30% of the total rent, in Euro, by wire transfer or credit card through paypal, paid net of all bank or paypal charges, is due to confirm your reservation. Balance: cash (Euro), on arrival. Our holiday house is available for check-in only by appointment, after 4 PM. As we do not have a 24-hour desk, we ask that, whenever possible, all check-ins occur before 7PM. Check out time is at 11AM. A booking confirmation with directions and a map of the village will be emailed to you after receipt of your deposit.
