Booking notes
50% deposit at time of booking - non refundable and remaining 50% four weeks before departure to the villa. To be paid by bacs transfer. The villa is normally booked on a Saturday to Saturday basis, checking in time being 2pm and checking out time being 10am. All additional maid services must be paid direct to villa staff on day of works in cash (euros).
Please note: A 250 euro cash deposit will be required on check in day, with hand over of keys. This will be returned on check out less any damages agreed
Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
Prices include change of Towels & Sheets each Saturday & cleaning of villa. Pool service each Friday (1 hour), Gardens tended each Thursday (2 hours)
No Beach Towels included.
Monthly lets at 10% discount. Winter two monthly lets at 15% discount.
Winter monthly lets - no cleaning, towels, or laundry included.
